Amir Hossein Kargaran, is a B.Sc. alumnus and a research assistant at the Department of Communications and Networking at Aalto University. He works at User Interfaces Research Group led by Antti Oulasvirta. He is also an M.Sc. student at the Department of Computer Engineering at Sharif University of Technology (SUT), and also a member of the Automated Software Engineering (ASE) research laboratory led by Prof. Abbas Heydarnoori.

Prior to that, in reverse chronological order, he was a member of Izadi's research group led by Prof. Iman Izadi, and a member of the Game Theory and Mechanism Design (GTMD) research laboratory and Institute for Artificial Intelligence (IAI) led by Prof. Mohammad Hossein Manshaei at Isfahan University of Technology (IUT), Iran. He has obtained two B.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering, and Computer Engineering from IUT, Iran in 2020.
