Iranian-Austrian Winter School: From Biophysical Modelling to Simulation Codes

From 26 to 30 January, 2019

This winter school is organized in the framework of the project “Mathematics in Motion’’ from the grant IMPULSE Iran-Austria funded by the Austrian agency for international mobility and cooperation in education, science and research (OeAD) and the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology (MSRT) of Iran.

Hong Kong PhD Fellowship Scheme (HKPFS) aims at attracting the best and brightest students in the world to pursue their PhD studies in Hong Kong's universities. This Fellowship provides an annual stipend of HK$301,200 (approximately US$38,600) and a conference and research-related travel allowance of HK$12,600 (approximately US$1,600) per year for each awardee for a period up to three years. 250 PhD Fellowships will be awarded in the 2019/20 academic year*. For awardees who need more than three years to complete the PhD degree, additional support may be provided by the chosen universities.

Seminar on Differential Equations, Dynamical Systems and Applications  is one of the seminars sponsored by Iranian mathematical society with emphasis on special topics which holds in different universities in Iran. The Thirteenth of these seminars (DEDS13, 2016) will be held from July 13 to July 15, 2016 in Isfahan and cosponsored by Isfahan University of Technology, Iranian mathematical society and institute for research in fundamental sciences.

The International School on Coputational Physics with the subject of :"Density Fuctional Theory and Beyond Basic Principles and Modern Insights" will be held at Isfahan University of Technology during May 2-13, 2016.

Isfahan University of Technology and the Fritz Haber Institute of the Max Planck Society jointly organised this school. This school is sponsered by Alexander von Humbolt Foundation, DAAD, ICTP and Iran Science Elite Foundation.
